{"id":3487,"date":"2017-02-08T09:58:52","date_gmt":"2017-02-08T14:28:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?p=3487"},"modified":"2017-10-21T17:16:09","modified_gmt":"2017-10-21T21:46:09","slug":"soldaduras-de-refrigeracion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myweldtech.com\/en\/soldaduras-de-refrigeracion\/","title":{"rendered":"Soldaduras de refrigeraci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la actualidad es de vital importancia realizar trabajos de soldadura impecables, con \u00edndices de errores m\u00ednimos y utilizando tanto equipos como materiales adecuados para cada ocasi\u00f3n que garanticen la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente. En el caso de los sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n, los problemas que se presentan con mayor frecuencia son las fugas, originadas por malas pr\u00e1cticas a la hora de soldar ya que, los t\u00e9cnicos suelen utilizar los mismos sopletes y tipos de soldadura para todo tipo de uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Existen dos (2) tipos de uni\u00f3n para los sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n: en primera instancia se encuentran las uniones desmontables que son roscadas y en segunda instancia las uniones no desmontables que son soldadas, a su vez pueden ser de cobre &#8211; cobre, cobre &#8211; aluminio y cobre \u2013 bronce. Por esta raz\u00f3n, es recomendable utilizar un equipo de oxiacetileno que puede ser tipo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/product\/equipo-oxicorte-tipo-harris-master-ii-3\/\">Harris<\/a> o tipo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/product\/equipo-oxicorte-tipo-victor-cutskill\/\">Victor<\/a>, para soldar en los sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n puesto que, implica una baja inversi\u00f3n inicial, facilidad de uni\u00f3n en materiales de poco espesor, flexibilidad operacional, entre otros beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>Para las uniones cobre \u2013 cobre, se aconseja utilizar una soldadura de f\u00f3sforo si en el lugar no ocurren vibraciones de lo contrario, ser\u00eda ideal hacer la uni\u00f3n con soldadura de plata y oxiacetileno (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=equipo+de+oxicorte&amp;post_type=product\">equipos de oxicorte<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=fundente&amp;post_type=product\">fundentes<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=varilla+de+bronce&amp;post_type=product\">varillas<\/a>); del mismo modo, para uniones de cobre con otros metales y en lugares con vibraciones continuas, se utilizar\u00eda preferiblemente una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=varilla+de+plata&amp;post_type=product\">soldadura de plata<\/a>; mientras que para las soldaduras cobre \u2013 bronce (por ejemplo, en las v\u00e1lvulas de expansi\u00f3n), se aplicar\u00eda un fundente sin \u00e1cido, el cual es altamente recomendable para sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n; en relaci\u00f3n a los Picos \u00a0que se utilizan en este tipo de soldadura, se sugieren los de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=pico+t{5ffc807503e6b40fe1f3318c22c6c3726026e554d7907ee50569ab7eb1b60a39}2F+victor+de+propano&amp;post_type=product\">propano<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=pico+p{5ffc807503e6b40fe1f3318c22c6c3726026e554d7907ee50569ab7eb1b60a39}2F+soldar&amp;post_type=product\">acetileno<\/a>. Para soldaduras fr\u00edas se requieren sopletes de gas Mapp, mientras que para soldaduras calientes se requieren <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/?s=soplete+acetileno&amp;post_type=product\">sopletes de oxiacetileno<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargas.com.ve\/product\/varilla-plata-18-45-116-harris\/\">soldadura de plata al 45{5ffc807503e6b40fe1f3318c22c6c3726026e554d7907ee50569ab7eb1b60a39}<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasos que puedes tomar en cuenta\u00a0a la hora de soldar en sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Realizar la limpieza de las superficies de los tubos con una lija fina, trapo o cepillo met\u00e1lico.<\/li>\n<li>Se procede a cortar los tubos, utilizando un esmeril para el tubo recocido o estirado de poco di\u00e1metro y una sierra para el tubo estirado de mayor di\u00e1metro.
